The Department of Mathematics and Statistics would like to welcome our two new visiting faculty members, Christina Lee and Daniel Fong. They will each be teaching several courses this fall and in the spring semester. We are very excited to have them join us.
Christina comes to us from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she is finishing up her Ph.D. dissertation on computational neuroscience. She also has a BA in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, and has been a lecturer at Rollins College.
Daniel received his Ph.D. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he did his dissertation on “Mathematical Models of Combustion at High Pressure.” He also did his undergraduate work at NJIT, receiving BS degrees in both Mathematical Sciences (with a concentration in Applied Mathematics) and Computer Science.
Christina and Daniel are sharing SCP 108. Please stop by and say hello!
