Double major in biology and applied mathematics, Syndi Barish ’16, along with her Mathematics & Statistics Department mentors, Dr. Jana Gevertz and Dr. Michael Ochs, and Dr. Eduardo Sontag from Rutgers University, just published a research paper in Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences, or PNAS.
The article, “Evaluating optimal therapy robustness by virtual expansion of a sample population, with a case study in cancer immunotherapy,” appeared in the August 1st, 2017, issue.
