The 2021 Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM) were held on January 6-9, 2021. The event, cosponsored by the American Mathematical Society (AMS) and the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) was held virtually this year, due to the pandemic. Despite that, our department was well represented by faculty, students, and alumni, who gave talks and presented posters.
Cathy Liebars (talk): Math homework videos on Flipgrid
Joe Ingenito ’21 and Peter Tonuzi ’20 (poster): Volume Formulas and Fractal Lawns
Alana Huszar ’16 (University of Michigan) (talk): Non-commutative Rank and Stability of Quiver Representations
